U.S. airlines report 74.6% on-time arrivals for summer

Summer storms caused delays at U.S. airlines in June, July and August, according to FlightStats. U.S. airlines reported a 74.6% on-time arrival rate for the three-month period this year, compared to 77.2% last summer.
