Study: Nuts beneficial to cholesterol levels

New research indicates consuming between 50g and 100g of nuts each week may help lower overall and LDL cholesterol when accompanied by a diet with no more than 35% of energy derived from fat. Almonds, peanuts and walnuts produced the best results.
