Health Savings Accounts failing to catch on:

Just 5% of all covered workers are enrolled in Health Savings Accounts, despite widespread praise for the alternative form of health care coverage. That's little changed from last year, when 4% of all covered workers were enrolled in HSAs. A survey suggests that workers are forgoing the plans, which link a tax-free savings account to a high-deductible insurance plan, because they do not receive employer contributions.
