YouTube: Clips that incite violence no longer allowed

Google unit YouTube, largely in response to allegations by U.S. Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman, I-Conn., that the site was being used to help spread the dogma of terrorist groups, has issued a ban on clips that could help in "inciting others to violence." YouTube, before the development of this new policy, had pulled some of the clips cited by Lieberman, but had declined to delete most of them because they did not contain violent content or graphic speech, according to this article.
