Construction industry is hopeful about Obama jobs plan

President Barack Obama's $447 million jobs plan is being welcomed by officials in the construction industry for its focus on reviving the sector. Construction workers account for about 4.5% of workers in the U.S., and, according to the Associated General Contractors of America, about 20% of the industry's jobs have been lost since the economy faltered.
