Cuisine from Peru captures chefs' imaginations

Top chefs from around the globe will join 300,000 visitors this month in Lima for Mistura, a 10-day food festival dedicated to exploring the flavors of Peru. The cuisine, which has become more popular at U.S. eateries, is spicy, heavy on seafood and has been influenced through the centuries by flavors from Spain, Africa, Japan and China.
