Minnesota's long-term care for seniors is ranked best in nation

A scorecard called "Raising Expectations" has ranked Minnesota as the states with the most efficient long-term care for seniors and people with disabilities. The rankings put Wisconsin at No. 5, Iowa at No. 6 and Missouri at No. 13. The authors said they hope the report is a catalyst for improvements in care and data collection. The scorecard is from AARP, the Commonwealth Fund and the Scan Foundation.
