New Orleans school's cooking has neighborhood fans

Sophie B. Wright Charter School is meeting nutrition guidelines New Orleans-style, employing chef Pete Riley to create Creole-style food that is healthy and that brings in fans from the neighborhood. Most students qualify for free or reduced-cost lunches, but staff and walk-in customers happily pay the $3.50 for cooked-from-scratch Cajun specialties.
