P&G's new sustainability goals extend to users' end

Len Sauers, vice president of global sustainability for Procter & Gamble, is helping the company reach goals of reducing packaging, shifting to renewable energy and using more sustainable materials. He said products such as Tide Coldwater have environmental benefits, but "that benefit is only realized if the consumer chooses to wash their clothes in cold water."
