Report ranks states with best long-term care for seniors

A state scorecard called Raising Expectations has ranked Minnesota, Washington and Oregon as the states where the most efficient long-term care is available for seniors and people with disabilities. The authors said they hope the report is a catalyst for improvements in care and data collection. The scorecard is from AARP, the Commonwealth Fund and the Scan Foundation.
