San Francisco General Hospital prepares for concrete pour

Workers on the San Francisco General Hospital rebuild last week prepared to pour concrete for the foundation of a new tower. Crews moved 120,000 cubic yards of dirt and dug a two-story hole to prepare for the next step in the $887 million project. The hospital has already handed down $50 million in local business enterprise contracts.
