School nurses part of Ga. program to prevent child obesity, diabetes

The School Nurse Childhood Obesity Prevention Education program in Georgia's Hall County is measuring students' height, weight and body mass index to determine who is at risk for obesity and diabetes. The SCOPE program is part of a UnitedHealth Group wellness initiative and will be administered by school nurses and nursing students.
