Workers are more productive and balanced with tablets, survey finds

The majority of tablet users say they are more productive with the devices than without, and four-fifths of them said tablets have improved their work-life balance, according to a survey by Staples Advantage. Respondents most commonly noted the convenience and portability that tablets offer as their reason for owning one. But less than 15% of respondents said they had installed anti-virus software on their tablets, highlighting the need for security measures on the devices.
