Fla. schools launch tutoring program to help struggling students

Pinellas County, Fla., schools are rolling out a tutoring program called Promise Time that will provide extra support to about 2,800 students at high-poverty schools. Educators will use test scores and school performance to identify students for the program, which is held after school.
