Navy: "Everything's on the table" in budget review

All Navy and Marine Corps weapons programs and service contracts are candidates for budget cuts, says Navy Secretary Ray Mabus, and if sequestration isn't lifted, training will be reduced for service members who are about to deploy. "Everything's got to be on the table. There are no sacred cows now," Mabus told military officers at the National Defense University in Washington. "No matter how well we do it, they're going to be incredibly hard choices."
