School in Canada uses online tools to involve parents in math

An online program being used at a school in Ontario, Canada, allows students and parents to work on math problems together at home. "To help young people in math, it takes a certain level of skill and understanding," said Pat Daly, chairman of the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board. "Not all of us have it, so the more we can support parents in that, the better."
