While union leaders have praised the Affordable Care Act overall, they are demanding changes to some regulations that they say will destabilize the employment-based health care system and put some employers at a disadvantage. "We don't want it to be repealed. We want it to be fixed, fixed, fixed," says Terence O'Sullivan, president of the Laborers' International Union of North America.
