New York's Four Seasons turns Italian -- for just a night

For one night last spring, New York's celebrated Four Seasons restaurant transformed its menu and space into an Italian food-and-wine palace. The brief makeover was a joint effort among co-owner Julian Niccolini, Beppe chef Cesare Casella and Casella's mother, Mama Rosa.
