Numbers for 2011 Sweets & Snacks Expo are topping 2010

The 2011 Sweets & Snacks Expo has already booked 11% more exhibitor space and 8% more square footage than the 2010 event. "Because the show attracts customers from all classes of trade, and showcases profitable growth categories, it's perceived as a valuable event on both sides of the equation," said Larry Wilson, NCA vice president of customer relations.
