Oregon program is bridge to adulthood for students with disabilities

The Bridges Program in one Oregon school district helps support students ages 18 to 21 who have disabilities as they make the transition to working and living independently. "We're trying to bridge that gap so it's not this giant leap, they're not totally on their own trying to navigate confusing agencies and groups," a district official said.
