Bank of America's plan to cut tens of thousands of jobs by 2014 is part of the cost of overregulation, according to this Wall Street Journal opinion piece. "[G]iven the real-world results for bank employees, politicians should not be allowed to pretend that there are no consequences when they deliberately reduce the profitability of employers."
