Fort Lauderdale restaurateur aims to take cool to a new level

South Florida chef David Berman's new eatery, Tundra, will feature sculpted ice everywhere from the cocktail glasses to the light fixtures on the wall. Berman, who also owns Sculptured Ice Creations, will use about 10,000 pounds of frozen water weekly to create art from ice.
