How would the $447 billion in Obama's plan be used?

If President Barack Obama's $447 billion jobs bill remains intact and passes Congress, $27 billion would be used to repair and build highways. Efforts to modernize and retrofit public schools and community colleges would garner $30 billion. About $20 billion would go toward transportation projects, including bus and rail.
