Analyst: Sugar policy "hurts American households"

A commentary in Roll Call by Christine Harbin Hanson, a policy analyst for Americans for Prosperity, says the current U.S. policy of buying sugar for conversion to ethanol artificially raises sugar prices and "hurts American households in the form of higher prices at the grocery store."
