Build collaboration to get a better shot at grants

With resources becoming scarce, research funders increasingly like to see collaborative research, notes Alicia Knoedler, associate vice president for research at the University of Oklahoma. And to meet that expectation, Knoedler says, "my most important advice ... is to build strong research relationships in advance."
