Letter could expand access to ABA therapy in Ohio

In a letter to state education officials, the U.S. Department of Education said applied behavior analysis should be provided in cases where there is a demonstrated need. The letter comes after an Ohio couple sued the state's early-intervention program for refusing to pay for the therapy for their son.
