U.S. exchanges have 60 days to develop tech plans

Executives from U.S. exchanges met with Mary Jo White, head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and agreed to several changes, including implementing "kill switches" for emergency shutdowns. White gave the exchanges 60 days to develop a plan to make technological systems stronger and more resilient.
