Frequent travelers yearn for familiar foods

While many imagine frequent travelers dining on exotic dishes in faraway locales, most actually prefer comfort food when on the road, says columnist David Grossman. "Comfort food is familiar food," says Noah Bekofsky, executive chef at the Aria restaurant in the Fairmont Chicago Hotel, though comfort food means different things to different people.
