The cost of embellished resumes

More people appear to be lying on their resumes, according to a recent survey. The chief executive officer of the Risk Advisory Group says this must be stopped because the risks that can accompany dishonesty are high. He says employee screening is vital "to the successful running of any enterprise" and suggests HR make it clear early in the recruitment process that all material a candidate supplies will be verified.
