Architect proposes 224-story skyscraper in Abu Dhabi

A California architect has proposed a 224-story skyscraper for Abu Dhabi, which would be the highest building in the world if completed. The $3.5 billion project in the United Arab Emirates would boast 11 million square feet of space for condominiums, hotels, retail space or offices. Tommy Landau, 72, described the proposal as his "swan song."
