J.C. Penney launches new line:

J.C. Penney has launched a line of career sportswear for women called She Said. The new line will include items with a higher price point. Private and exclusive lines account for half the retailer's business. "After months of pulling back on spending due to the recession, consumers have a pent up desire to spend, even if only a little," a Penney's executive said.
