Usain Bolt didn't become the world's fastest sprinter because of some natural gift or even just because he practiced more than other runners, John Weeks writes. Bolt had the self-awareness to realize he would do best in sprinting events, even though conventional wisdom said he had a distance runner's frame. Weeks also notes Bolt's ability to analyze mistakes and his willingness to adjust his training to correct them.
