Nevada city to launch wastewater recycling

Boulder City, Nev., plans to begin recycling its wastewater rather than dumping it into the desert. The $8.7 million plan will build pipelines from the wastewater treatment plant to industrial sites. Once the pipelines are completed, Boulder City would recycle about 40% of its wastewater.
