Papa Gino's to use more Vermont Cheddar

Papa Gino's, based in Dedham, Mass., will use more local cheese under an agreement with the New England Dairy Promotion Board. The company increased its purchase of Vermont Cheddar by about 174,000 pounds a year and has added four menu items using Vermont Cheddar.
