All dog breeds are susceptible to H3N8

H3N8, or canine influenza, is a highly contagious disease that affects all breeds of dogs and produces clinical signs similar to that of an infectious bronchitis. Although the mortality rate for H3N8 is low, the virus is difficult to contain, particularly in closed groups such as a kennel. A vaccine is available.
