Keeping the cash flowing fast enough

Canadian events-management company Yellow House Events often has to pay vendors for event services before it gets paid by clients. This strains the company's cash flow, and in some cases, forces Yellow House to ask vendors for a grace period. Experts came up with a number of suggestions for the company, including to offer a discount for clients that pay early, build relationships with vendors for favorable terms and work with other companies that can buy receivables for a lump sum.
