AGC's Simonson says construction slow to keep up with reviving economy

While the nation's economy moves towards recovery, key sectors in the construction industry are only slowly picking up, said Ken Simonson, chief economist for the Associated General Contractors of America. Speaking at an AGC meeting, Simonson said he expected the homebuilding sector to taper off, while both private and public building projects have been the "wallflower of the economic dance."
