Lehman real estate salvage operation in full swing

A huge portfolio of commercial real estate assets was swept up in the mammoth bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. In an effort to save as much of the portfolio's value as possible, the company in charge of the bankruptcy is trying to restructure 900 loans. "It's not a great time to sell today," said Bryan Marsal, chief restructuring officer and CEO at Lehman.
