LinkedIn is still a great source for finding passive candidates, and engineers are most interested in finding jobs on Twitter on Mondays, Doug Berg of Jobs2Web told the #SocialRecruiting Summit. Another interesting stat that Berg shared, according to this roundup by Todd Raphael: Most people still aren't using their mobile devices to look at job content online.
