Zimbabwe ban on unqualified teachers hits rural schools hard

Schools around Zimbabwe have been affected by a government decision to not allow unqualified teachers back into classrooms. As many as 60% of teachers at rural schools are unable to teach as a result of this directive. Raymond Majongwe, a teachers union representative, calls the directive "a complete disaster."
