Chr Hansen launches new Greek yogurt with Cretan cultures

Chr Hansen recently launched a line of authentic Greek yogurt cultures that are derived from an artisanal yogurt found on the island of Crete. The "modern high performing" cultures used in YoFlex SoGreek and nu-trish SoGreek were discovered by the Agricultural University of Athens 20 years ago and give the products "natural ingredients and perceived inherent goodness," the company said.
