Constitution Day festival sparks interest in history

Adults and children alike recently learned about the history of the U.S. Constitution during the third annual Constitution Day Celebration held in Redlands, Calif. The event -- sponsored by the 4400 Project -- opened with a reenactment of a debate between George Washington and James Madison and featured other events, such as attendees signing up for a spot in the Confederate Army of 1776.
