Exec: Twitter is meant to "complement" the TV industry

Twitter by design is meant to work in tandem with TV programming efforts, according to Fred Graver, who helms the microblog's TV unit. "We have set ourselves as a complement to the TV industry," Graver said at an industry event in San Francisco. "We know the TV business; we know people in the industry."
