Survey: One-third of Americans have or will look outside U.S. for drugs

The findings of a new phone survey by the nonprofit research firm Civil Society Institute found 34% of those using prescription drugs have bought cheaper drugs in Canada or other countries or said they plan to do so. More than 75% agreed health care is a necessity such as water, gas and electricity and should be "regulated by the government."
