Lawmakers propose $300M cut to planned Dulles rail line

A bipartisan group of lawmakers are proposing a more than $300 million cut to the planned Metro rail line to Dulles International Airport in order to pressure approval of the project from the Federal Transit Administration. The cut would allow the project to meet cost guidelines.
