Lenovo introduces servers for small, midsized businesses

Lenovo is expanding beyond notebooks and desktops to offer a line of five new ThinkServer x86 servers targeted to small and midsized businesses. The systems, which will go on sale Sept. 30 at prices starting at $749, were designed and built with intellectual property licensed by IBM. The two companies have had a close relationship since Lenovo purchased IBM's PC division in 2005.
