Improved school had teachers go through National Board Certification

A California elementary school has emerged from a state program for poor-testing schools for the first time in seven years, and administrators credit the hard work of teachers for that success. Every teacher at the school applied for National Board Certification, and as the school's principal says, "They'll do whatever it takes to make sure the students are successful."
