The Kansas Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board on Tuesday questioned Kansas Entertainment about its proposal to build a casino in Wyandotte County. Officials noted that they would not rubber-stamp the plan simply because they did not receive any competing proposals. The board is expected to make a recommendation in December. Kansas Entertainment -- a venture between Penn National Gaming and International Speedway Corp. -- has proposed a 250-room hotel and a casino with 2,300 slot machines and 86 table games.
