Korean might be the next big Asian food trend

Korean food, rich in garlic, sesame oil, ginger and peppers, is gaining popularity. Dishes such as bulgogi and kimchee are being gobbled up by diners in the Indianapolis area, with one chef commenting, "You'd be surprised to see how many people are willing to try fermented cabbage."
