The time is running out for corporate tenants who want to get commitments for large blocks of office space in London at the lowest rates in years. Analysts said Nomura Holdings got a pretty good deal when it leased 541,000 square feet of cream-of-the-crop office space in London's financial district this year. But there won't be many more leasing deals like that. There aren't many more big blocks of top-quality space left that are vacant.
